Kanban
Kanban comes from the Japanese language and means blackboard with signs or visual representation. The Kanban methodology has been in business by Toyota since 1943 and has been in continuous development ever since. Kanban is a practical method of managing work tasks, arranging work tasks in a spreadsheet that contains sections such as: to be done, to be done and to be done. Kanban is a lean methodology tool for managing work and team tasks. In general, the tasks managed by Kanban are not as fragmented as those in Scrum, being able to render a macro image of the entire project. In addition, Kanban tasks are prioritized and assigned to each employee, not to a team as in Scrum.
